spring breakin’

DSC_0223I mentioned in a previous post that my husband and I are in the process of buying our house. As a result, this past week was pretty much the most boring grown-up spring break I’ve ever had. It was filled with exciting things like mortgages, painting, and pressure washing. Woo!

DSC_0204We have had some good spring break trips in the past though. During our first year of dating we visited Disney World; one year we went to Asheville NC; last year we relaxed at the beach.

DSC_0231On the day that I wore this outfit, however, I went to Lowe’s to buy a new dishwasher. Livin’ it up, y’all.

  1. I’m betting you were the best dressed person at Lowe’s? It really does stink having to actually do stuff during spring break. At least there’s summer?!

    • Haha! Yes, I would say I was a step up from the typical jeans and tee Lowe’s look. Truthfully, the only reason I didn’t go that route is because I had to get my license renewed earlier that day and wanted a good picture for the next four years 🙂
